Lynn County Commissioners on Jan. 13 approved a request to purchase a motorgrader for Precinct 4. Commissioner John Hawthorne moved to let Precinct 4 purchase the motorgrader; Commissioner Matt Woodtey seconded the motion and the court voted unanimously to carry it.
