Trustees adopt several routine resolutions and approve meeting-date change
In addition to the fire/EMS renewal, the board adopted resolutions authorizing CLOUT membership (2026-009), amending revenue and funds for FY2026 (2026-010), and approved a motion to change the February meeting date to Feb. 3, 2026.

After discussion on agenda items, trustees approved several resolutions and a schedule change. The board adopted Resolution 2026-009 to authorize membership in the Coalition of Large Ohio Urban Townships (CLOUT) and adopted Resolution 2026-010 to amend revenue and various funds for fiscal year 2026 and request an amended certificate of estimated resources from the Butler County auditor. Trustees also approved Motion 26-013 to change the February meeting date from Feb. 5 to Feb. 3, 2026, due to a scheduling conflict with the Ohio Township Association conference.
