Commission approves multiple plats and confirms December meeting schedule
The commission approved preliminary and final plats (Killam Industrial Park Unit 28; D & J Alexander Commercial Phase 15; Pueblo Nuevo replat; Tract 37A; Shiloh Crossing Phase 6; replat Lot 2A Block 203) and reminded the public the commission will meet only once in December (Dec. 10, 2026).

The Planning & Zoning Commission approved a package of preliminary and final plats covering industrial, commercial and residential projects. Items 9a–9c (preliminary plats: Killam Industrial Park Unit 28; D & J Alexander Commercial Phase 15; replat of Pueblo Nuevo) were read into the record and approved with staff recommendations. Items 10a–10c (final plats: replat of Tract 37 North into Tract 37A; final plat of Shiloh Crossing Subdivision Phase 6; replat of West 0.333 of Lot 2 Block 203 into Lot 2A) were presented with engineers on record and approved with staff conditions.
