The board accepted the Office of General Counsel's departmental report after General Counsel presented caseload statistics for September 2026. The adjudication division held 17,141 hearings, resolved 11,167 cases at hearing and issued 295 reserved decisions, the speaker reported. The administrative review division received 882 applications and processed 982, leaving 7,255 pending, and the legal affairs division received 100 and processed 77 with 248 pending.
