The common council appointed Elizabeth Bloom to represent the city’s 2nd Ward, Mayor Dan Butterman announced. "This week, the common council appointed Elizabeth Bloom to represent the 2nd ward of the common council following the resignation of Cecilia Walsh Russo," Butterman said.
