The Planning Board granted a Chapter 219 coastal erosion hazardous‑area permit allowing the Sound Shore Guild to replace roughly 210 linear feet of existing wooden bulkhead and to import approximately 25 cubic yards of clean beach fill behind the bulkhead at 2730 North Wheating River Road.
