The Weber County Planning Commission voted to forward a favorable recommendation to the county commission for file CMA2026-07, the Bennett addition rezone, after staff and the applicant clarified design and alignment conditions. Planning staff told the commission the project generally complies with the county general plan and recommended amendments to the draft development agreement to reflect a 900 South alignment and updated transect map.
