Chair Nick Taylor opened the meeting and the board reviewed a planning module for the Blarney Stone Development. Supervisor Michael MacNamara said he would abstain from voting because the module involves his family business. The board voted to approve the module and adopt Resolution 2026-03; the motion was seconded by Supervisor William Bruss and carried with MacNamara recorded as abstaining.
