Board voted to approve revised audit, finance and unit-rep committee charters, appointed a finance chair, and formally adopted six policy updates including bylaws, reserve plan, member club policy, online privacy, procurement, and revenue billing.

The Saddlebrooke 2 board on Jan. 27 approved several governance changes and policy revisions that had been circulated for a 21-day member comment period. The board reclassified the audit committee to an executive committee and approved a revised audit committee charter; it also approved a finance committee charter and the unit-rep communications committee charter. Christian Hendricks was appointed chair of the finance committee.
