The Fox Springs Type A Industrial and Economic Development Corporation on Oct. 19 approved an amendment to its engineering contract with Kimberly Horn to complete plans for the Alexander Village collector road segment between Alexander Road and I‑20, authorizing expenditures not to exceed $32,000.
