Planning Board updates site-plan application procedure, removes requirement for deeds
The Planning Board adopted administrative updates to the Site Plan Review Application: applicants may drop paper forms in the Town Hall drop box or email scanned PDFs; board members' home addresses were removed from instructions; proof of tax payment now substitutes for a deed.

At its June 24 meeting the Town of Santa Clara Planning Board reviewed and approved procedural revisions to the Site Plan Review Application. Paper applications may be submitted via the Town Hall drop box; the chair will scan and email submissions to all board members and the Code Enforcement Officer. Applicants may also submit scanned PDFs by email.
