Staff told the committee Oak Street repainting and removal of an awkward diagonal crosswalk are planned this spring as part of a larger CDS corridor project that extends above the bridge to Goodrich Drive. The project was described during the meeting as a major corridor reconstruction; staff also proposed mid‑road pedestrian crossing signs and temporary ballards to improve visibility in the short term.
