Council awards WWTP building modifications contract to local bidder
The council authorized the mayor to execute a contract with Dan’s Custom Construction, Inc. for Wastewater Treatment Plant building modifications after staff recommended the lowest qualified bid; the award followed review of three bids and one disqualification.

Public Works Director John Kipp briefed the council on the Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) Building Modifications Project covering Phases 1 and 2. Of three bids submitted, staff deemed two compliant and disqualified one for improper submission; JVA recommended awarding the work to the lowest qualified bidder, Dan’s Custom Construction, Inc., which the council approved.
