Attorney Welch alerted commissioners that the redline version of the proposed amendment, provided by District 2 the previous day, does not reflect the law department's suggested changes and is under review. He asked members to consult the version he emailed and noted the law department will complete a legal review. "That red line... came from District 2. We have not yet touched it," Attorney Welch said.
