A staff member asked, "what are we thinking for a groundbreaking ceremony?" The contractor representative replied, "I would probably recommend sometime 2nd or 3rd week of of, November," saying that earthwork and demolition should be underway and that AOC and communications staff could help stage invitations and program logistics.
