Police Chief Steve Collinsworth told the council the blasting at Cold Spring Pointe "will resume, scheduled from February 17 through February 28 at 1:00 PM." He said there will be temporary road closures on US 27 and AA Highway for approximately 15 minutes during each blasting event.
