During unscheduled public comment resident Brian King urged the city to facilitate a discussion between Henry Court residents and the developer of a DAV site and raised local traffic concerns. King also mentioned difficulties contacting a Verizon site and noted he "is not a city representative, and Verizon does not own that building," which limited his ability to get answers directly from the company.
