The Albany County Planning and Zoning Commission voted unanimously to recommend that the Board of County Commissioners approve the Riegel Zoning District Amendment ZDA‑04‑26. Assistant Planner Jeremy Grover presented the staff report and both staff and the applicant answered commissioners’ questions before the commission closed the public hearing with no public comments.
