Council notes enforcement notices but prosecutor needs more information to proceed

The council recorded Notices and Orders to Correct for properties owned or occupied by Deloris Hougardy (608 Garfield) and Dan Rush (402 Washington). Town staff reported that the Town Prosecutor is attempting to move the Hougardy case forward but requires either Hougardy’s Social Security number or driver’s license number to file the case in the prosecutor’s system. The prosecutor also needs additional information to proceed with the Dan Rush matter.
