Committee member (S3) drew attention to longstanding Comfort Flow heating issues after reviewing the circulation report. Chair (S2) acknowledged the system remains "a disaster" in places, said staff often change filters and noted that the unit's current location is out of code and cannot be replaced without moving it and performing plumbing and electrical work.
