Mackenzie Smith, clerk of the board, told the commissioners that Ken Van Buskirk submitted a resignation from the cemetery board effective Oct. 12 and asked whether the county should issue another news release to solicit applicants. She also reported an application from Atreyu Adesi for an at-large position on the veterans advisory board and asked if the board wished to schedule an interview.
