Steffi Schreck, a senior planner who joined the department this summer, summarized staff edits to Appendix F of the adopted city plan that compile state comprehensive‑plan elements created by Senate Bill 24174. She said the edits mostly repackage existing plan language and add links, clarifications and an outreach memo documenting contact with local water providers.
