During the June 15 special meeting, Clerk-Treasurer Kim Gruetzmacher informed the Village of Suring Board that donated funds for a baseball scoreboard are already in the village account. The board discussed the matter briefly but took no purchase action; members directed staff to solicit quotes and return the item to a future meeting for decision.
