Clerk Kim Mann told the board she completed a webinar on ECode360 and that the webinar host performed an accessibility scan. Clerk Mann reported that ECode360 and the Town of Lowell website were found to be ADA-compliant; she also contacted the town website provider to discuss compliance. The minutes record an effective compliance date of April 28, 2028.
