Pooler hires Kimley Horn for $43,500 traffic study at recreation complex

Staff presented an individual project order under an existing master services agreement with Kimley Horn to study traffic at the Pooler Recreation Complex intersection (Pooler Parkway and Isaac G. LaRoche/Durham Park Boulevard) and to recommend intersection improvements to handle event-related demands. The study will evaluate weekday and weekend conditions, overlapping tournament and stadium event periods, and produce a conceptual layout for preferred intersection improvements.
