During public comment, Tim introduced himself as the owner of Playtronix and Archives bookstore and asked whether proposed or upcoming code or fire-safety changes might affect his plans to operate an event space at his storefront. He said he had received a letter from the fire marshal and was trying to understand what new requirements might apply.
