The Law Enforcement Committee recommended approval of a Special Permit to Own, Keep, or Harbor Chickens submitted by Angela Hemker after receiving positive correspondence from neighbors. The board voted to issue the permit; roll-call votes were recorded: Trustees Curtis, Leicht, Schumacher and Twining voted aye, and Trustee Lautz voted no.
