Crystal, a DOC representative, told the task force there is "not a no touch policy in effect at Shakopee beyond what is already prohibited in the PREA policy and the visiting policy and rules which are consistent across all facilities in the state," and encouraged members to flag any instances that appear inconsistent with those policies so DOC can investigate and correct them.
