The City of BK Planning and Zoning Commission voted unanimously on Oct. 20 to approve a replat of the Village at Spanish Oaks (re-subdivision of Lot 1 and Lot 2, Block A, Spanish Oaks Section 45). The approval is conditioned on the city not recording the plat with the county until staff signs off on an updated Traffic Impact Analysis (TIA) required by Ordinance No. 598.
