The El Paso County Planning Commission voted Oct. 15 to recommend that the Board of County Commissioners approve map amendment P2610 to rezone the Siesta Grove property from RR‑5 to RR‑2.5. Commissioner Bailey moved for approval "in accordance with the attached resolution with 2 conditions and 2 notations," and the motion passed on roll call (the chair announced the item passed by the recorded tally).
