Mayor Jim Sweeney opened the Oct. 20, 2026, City Council meeting and presented a proclamation declaring Nov. 2'026 through Nov. 6, 2026 as Municipal Court Week in Seabrook, saying the city supports municipal courts'role in public safety and fair adjudication. "Now therefore, I, Jim Sweeney, mayor of the City Seabrook, do hereby proclaim the week of November 2nd, 2026 as municipal court week," he said during the ceremony.
