The St. Paul City Council on Oct. 5 approved two new members of the St. Paul Rescue Squad: Adam Powell and Trev Sharman, both listed as St. Paul residents. Council member Katie Kowalski moved approval, Bill Peters seconded and the motion passed 3-0, the minutes show.
