The Trussville Planning Commission approved a final subdivision plan for property identified as 78547858 on Roper Road, converting two existing parcels into three single-family (R-1) lots, commissioners said. The applicant said the acreage meets lot-size and frontage requirements and that all access will come from Roper Road.
