The board adopted Resolution No. 2026‑026 after the Township Administrator presented evidence of accumulated debris and/or excessive vegetation at five properties. The resolution identifies the addresses and parcel identifiers and declares the conditions nuisances detrimental to health, safety and welfare. The Administrator is directed to provide required notices and abate properties consistent with Ohio Revised Code Section 505.87 if owners do not comply.
