During the Aug. 17 meeting, the board handled routine financial approvals. Commissioner Gabe Nobbe moved and Commissioner Brian Wenning seconded approval of the Aug. 3 meeting minutes and the claims; both motions carried unanimously. Commissioners then reviewed payroll for Aug. 14 totaling $434,234.90; Nobbe moved to approve payroll and Wenning seconded, and the motion carried unanimously.
