Decatur County staff told commissioners that remaining ARPA funds are being applied to cleanup cases related to blight. Staff reported eight court orders had been obtained and approximately five additional cases were in progress, with a goal to execute as many as possible by the end of 2026; flooding caused delays to that timeline.
