Council approves PERF enlargement to add coroner retroactive to 2015
Council approved an enlargement to PERF so the county coroner’s position is included in the PERF hybrid plan retroactive to 2015; presenters said only two employees are affected and PERF must finalize exact amounts.

Patty Hensley (speaker S7) asked the council to correct a previous omission and add the coroner position into the PERF hybrid plan retroactive to 2015. She said the original 2014–2015 minutes and subsequent actions appear to have omitted the coroner and that PERF (Public Employees’ Retirement Fund) must approve the final amounts. "So I am here today to try to get this situation corrected," she told the council.
