The Troy City Council on Oct. 19 approved the final plat for Section 12 of the Fox Harbor Subdivision, including right-of-way dedications, accepting the Troy Planning Commission's recommendation. Committee chair Missus Snead presented the committee's recommendation that the final plat be accepted, noting Section 12 conforms with the approved preliminary plan.
