The Rochester City Council opened two public hearings on proposed zoning-map amendments affecting 30 Elmhurst Road (Intro. No. 361) and the parcels at 965 North Goodman Street and 576 Bay Street (Intro. No. 362). The deputy clerk called each matter and, in both instances, the council reported that no members of the public came forward to comment.
