Jacinto City Council approved two variance requests on March 26 after brief presentations by each applicant. For Variance Request 2026-002, Mayor Diaz read the Variance Board's recommendation and applicant Zeinali described his company's work and plans for proper disposal and maintenance; the council voted in favor 3–0.
