The Hart County Board of Commissioners recessed into an executive session on Sept. 22 for litigation, personnel and real estate matters. After reconvening, the commission voted to authorize County Administrator Terrell Partain to pay public safety employees for leave consistent with prior years. Commissioner Joey Dorsey moved the action, Commissioner Jeff Brown seconded, and the motion carried 5-0.
