Hart County adopts kratom ordinance in final reading
On Sept. 22 the Hart County Board of Commissioners approved the third and final reading of an amendment to Chapter 6 Article I (kratom) unanimously, adopting the ordinance into county code.

The Hart County Board of Commissioners voted 5-0 Sept. 22 to adopt an amendment to Chapter 6 Article I concerning kratom in a third and final reading. Commissioner Michael Bennett moved for adoption and Commissioner Jeff Brown seconded; the motion carried 5-0.
