Chelsea City Council on Sept. 28 approved a proclamation designating November as Family Court Awareness Month to spotlight training needs among family court professionals. The proclamation was submitted by Geralyn Morris of Protective Parents Michigan and was adopted by unanimous vote (recorded as 'All ayes').
