The Sullivan County Board of Commissioners approved the conditional acceptance of a $100,000 award from the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency (PHFA) to fund the county’s Housing Stability Program using the 2025 PHARE grant. Commissioner Darlene Fenton moved for approval, Commissioner Brian Hoffman seconded, and the motion was approved unanimously.
