The Mineral Point Planning Commission voted to recommend that the City Council approve a preliminary certified survey map (CSM) requested by Randy Fleming to adjust the lot line between tax parcels 251-0342.15 and 251-0342.14 at 141 and 145 Merry Christmas Lane and to combine parcel 251-0342.OL1 with 251-0342.15. The motion, made by Commissioner Mo May-Grimm and seconded by Commissioner Keith Burrows, was recorded as carried with all voting aye and Mayor Danny Clark abstaining (6-0-1).
