At the Oct. 6 meeting the Kearney County Board of Commissioners approved an Oak Creek Engineering Agreement for the replacement of Structure #C005004320 (agreement noted 9/10-7-13 in the record). The action was presented by Highway Superintendent Joe Anderson, who also reviewed the Wilcox shed location lease with the board and said a final lease would be presented at a future meeting.
