The City of Franklin Beer Board approved an application from SNS Technology Inc., d/b/a Gevo, to continue its brewery/manufacturer-distributor permit after the entity converted from an LLC to a corporation. Representative Tucker Herndon told the board the conversion followed tax advice and that the applicant had filed the new application to reflect the corporate structure.
