Council discussed DPW mowing a strip of Amtrak property that runs parallel to Paw Paw Street. According to the minutes, Chief VanDerWoude contacted Amtrak and was told Amtrak "will not mow the property, but they will spray the grass area to kill it." The council agreed that Amtrak should take responsibility for its property to reduce DPW time and equipment use.
