The Lavon City Council recessed into executive session at 7:17 p.m. on March 3 under Texas Government Code Chapter 551. The agenda listed consultation with the city attorney regarding Elevon-related matters (Elevon Public Improvement District, Reinvestment Zone #2, and an amended and restated Elevon development agreement) and deliberation over economic development negotiations and potential incentives for projects identified as Chalkboard 27, Ignite, and Pathways near SH 78.
