Plan Commission approves accessory structure for Fitzgeralds, pending ZBA placement variance

At the March 12 meeting, the Plan Commission considered an application for an accessory structure at 1381 E. Sauk Rd. for Jeffrey and Mary Fitzgerald (Tax Key #06-006-020-13.00). Town Attorney Matthew Nugent reported on the application and referenced county Land and Water letters; he said the structure would be for personal storage and that "the placement requires a Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) meeting." Chairman Lester Bartel and a participant identified only as Jason discussed recommending approval contingent on ZBA review.
